Deposit

300 Pounds or other foreign currency in value is taken as a deposit by the authorized person at the entrance to the villa for broken, spilled, damaged, lost, etc. If there is no problem, the amount you have paid will be returned to you at our summer rental villa at the time of departure.

Villa Skylight, pool heating is not included in the price. If requested, it is 4000 TL (150 GBP) per day. The pool heating temperature varies between 24 and 28 degrees depending on the weather conditions. In windy and rainy weather conditions, the pool heating pump will be active, but if the pool water temperature drops due to bad weather conditions or if there is an unexpected power outage by the electricity company in the area and the power comes back a few hours later, it will take a certain amount of time for the pool to heat up. We would like our guests who want pool heating to take these conditions into consideration and know this in advance.
