The imposing Villa Porto – Kalkan - one of the area’s finest properties, lies directly on the sea front. Of course the position guarantees magnificent sea views from all levels and as befitting such a property there is a huge private pool taking full advantage of the view. However, the icing on the cake has to be the private sea access; steep steps lead down and across a track to sun bathing platforms set into the rocks and at sea level a decked platform.

The amply furnished shady terrace with its centrepiece of a huge date palm, is the perfect place for summer living with cushion filled rattan seating and a dining table. It’s just steps to the mosaic tiled infinity pool with cascading overflow, decked surround with sunbeds and a few steps descend from the pool to an attractive lawn which is dotted with sun beds. As if that were not enough, separate steps lead down from the pool terrace to the lower ground level. These pass the utility and caretaker's room and onto another lawn replete with elegant garden furniture in which to relax and, you guessed it - enjoy those fabulous views!

Villa Porto available fully fitted kitchen and available what you need during the holiday. Also the lounge has a comfortable L shaped sofa for 6, coffee table, rocking chair, flat screen TV on the wall. There is also a seperate WC located on this level as well.

Getting to and from the centre of Kalkan couldn’t be easier - water-taxis run from Hotel Villa Mahal during the day; it’s a short ten-minute drive or taxi ride.

Two superb master bedrooms each have access to the terrace that runs the width of the house. Each master suite has a dressing area, spacious en- suite bathroom with shower/WC and additionally a raised jacuzzi bath in the sleeping area which allows the splendid views over the bay. The terrace is furnished with a luxury seating seats and a rattan egg chair.

Ground Floor

Third bedroom is in this level which is arranged as a double and one single bed, wardrobe, vanity unit, air-con and ensuite shower room.

Private swimming pool. 11.00 x 3.30 metres. Depth ranges from 1.40 to 1.80 metres. Pool towels supplied.

Beaches

Steps lead down from the property to the sea front. These steps are not suitable for the very young, elderly or infirm. The Mahal Beach Club is adjacent to the private bathing platforms.

500m/10-minute Mahal water-taxi to Kalkan harbour. Mahal water-taxi service to harbour 09:00 – 19:00. 1.5km/20-minute walk to Kalkan village or 10-minute drive. The closest mini market is situated approximately a 10 minute walk from the property.
