There are insufficient superlatives to describe Kotti Evi, simply stunning, gorgeously glamorous, achingly beautiful, fabulously fabulous and totally magazine worthy.
Located on the east side of Kalkan Bay this is a front row property with a very big view. Kotti Evi is a contemporary style house finished to an extremely high standard by Ayla and her son Kotti, who also own Gogen Evi. Their flair for design is reflected in the sleek architecture which takes full advantage of the magnificent views and their choice of fittings and furnishings.
Built over three levels – rising up to a wonderful south west-facing roof terrace that is simply made for sundowners – the house has sensational views over the Bay of Kalkan. There is masses of space both indoors and out, with a wonderfully chic pool terrace surrounded by stylish, all-white sun loungers and parasols. The pool area is flanked on two sides by pretty mosaic stone borders sandwiched with colourful flowers and exotic planting.
The large, cool interiors have been designed with a palette of neutral colours, with the occasional dramatic painting throwing in a splash of colour. Floor to ceiling windows in the large sitting room maximise the views over the bay, and open onto a loggia which is an ideal spot for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in an armchair away from the heat of the day. It is the perfect place to track the sailing boats, wooden built gulets and occasional splashy gin palaces which glide in and out of the harbour throughout the day.
Majestic stairs sweep upwards to a master bedroom the main feature of which is the huge balcony which extends the entire width of the house, and is furnished with cushioned rattan chairs and a day bed to relax and enjoy those mesmerising views. Whether you are in the jacuzzi or the shower you will always have the views.
One floor up and there is a further bedroom with the same layout and another huge balcony. Of course with a westerly aspect the sunsets are to die for. The three remaining well-proportioned bedrooms, all with balcony and sea views, are divided between the first and second floors.

With a magnificent balcony with rattan furniture and a day bed the spacious open plan master bedroom offers a super-king size bed, jacuzzi bath with views to the sea, wet room with full sea view and WC and separate dressing area. Bedroom 2 is at the rear of the building and offers a king size bed, a seating area, en-suite bathroom with shower/WC and two side balconies, with terrace furniture, looking to the adjacent buildings and to the sea.
Second Floor
A second master bedroom with a magnificent balcony (slightly less depth than the first floor Master Bedroom) with rattan furniture. The spacious open plan bedroom offers a super-king size bed, a double jacuzzi bath with views to the sea, wet room with full sea view and WC. Two further bedrooms, both with twin beds that can be arranged as a double, both with en-suite bathrooms and side balconies with views to adjacent buildings and to the sea.

500m/10-minute Mahal water-taxi to Kalkan harbour. Mahal water-taxi service to harbour 09:00 – 19:00. 1.5km/20-minute walk to Kalkan village or 10-minute drive. The closest mini market is situated in the local Kisla area.
