Villa Selin – Located in the Kalamar area of ​​Kaş, Kalkan, this villa, built for tourism purposes, is 100 meters from the sea and is a triplex villa consisting of 3 specially designed bedrooms and 1 spacious living room. It boasts sea and nature views, a private garden, a total usable area of ​​225 square meters spread over 3 floors, a private swimming pool, and both indoor and outdoor parking.

It has a total accommodation capacity of 6 people.

Terrace: There is a large terrace on the pool level offering panoramic views of Kalkan Kalamar Bay and the sea. Additionally, there is a separate area used as a sunbathing terrace by the pool and a private garden with a barbecue. Other features of the terrace include a garden table and chairs for 6 people, 6 poolside sun loungers, a barbecue, a large sun umbrella, an outdoor shower at the back of the villa, and a private swimming pool (10.5 m x 3.0 m, 1.6 m depth).

Kitchen: Our villa has an open-plan studio kitchen with a modern design and concept on the ground floor. The kitchen includes a 12-person dinner set, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, as well as appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, 4-burner hob (built-in), toaster, and kettle (electric water heater).

Living Room: Located on the pool level with sea and nature views, the living room features a seating area, satellite TV, LCD TV, DVD player, inverter air conditioning, an 8-person dining table set, and a separate door leading to the terrace.

Bedrooms: The villa has a large family bedroom on the 2nd floor; and another family bedroom and a children's room on the 3rd floor. Each room has its own private bathroom with toilet and a modern design. All rooms offer sea and Kalkan views.

Damage Deposit
A deposit of 200 GBP or equivalent in other foreign currency will be taken by the authorized person upon arrival at the villa as a security deposit for any breakage, damage, loss, etc. If there are no problems, the amount you paid will be returned to you at check-out time at our Islamlar summer rental villa.

GENERAL NOTE: Due to the villas' location in nature compared to Kalkan center, there is a possibility of encountering insects and pests. Therefore, they are cleaned and treated with pesticides periodically. However, there is still a possibility of encountering insects, pests, etc. compared to Kalkan center.
