Important Information

Electricity, water, internet, kitchen gas, daily early morning pool and garden maintenance and inspection, and assistance from the villa caretaker in case of any need during your stay are included in the price. Airfare, extra cleaning, new sheets, new towels, pillowcases, etc., and holiday and health insurance are not included in the price. 

Damage Deposit

A deposit of 10,000 Turkish Lira or equivalent in other foreign currency will be taken by the authorized person upon arrival at the villa to cover any breakage, damage, loss, etc. If there are no problems, the amount you paid will be returned to you at the time of departure from our summer rental villa.
