Villa Pirha Evi is located in the Bezirgan area of ​​Kalkan, is a 3-bedroom villa accommodating up to 6 people. Its spacious garden, the ambiance of the tehnel (treasure) trees in the garden entrance corridor, and its classic wooden interior design, along with amenities such as a salt room, steam room, and private sauna, ensure a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Its quiet and peaceful location further enhances the experience. Unlike other villas, our summer rental villa's pool uses a salt system that is healthy for the human body, with 15% chlorine.

Due to its location, the villa is situated on a large area. It is 600 meters from the Pirha Ancient City ruins, 1 km from the ancient city center, 1 km from the center of Bezirgan Village, and a 15-minute drive from Kalkan center. Markets and greengrocers are within a 3-5 minute radius.

This villa, with its charming and modest wood and stone architecture, has been meticulously planned to ensure a relaxing and peaceful summer or honeymoon.

Villa Pirha has a comfortable and modern kitchen with wood paneling. Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, 4-burner hob, kettle, toaster, dinner set for 6 people, frying pan, pots, cutlery, etc. Also, if you need anything during your holiday, just let us know and we will provide it for you immediately.

Cleaning and Linens

Our villa is delivered to you completely clean. Cleaning is done once a week. A washing machine is available in the villa; you can wash your own clothes if you wish, but if you require extra clean sheets, pillowcases, etc., you can obtain them from us for an additional fee.

Pool

Our villa has a private swimming pool. The swimming pool measures 10 m x 4.5 m, with a depth of 1.50 m. It includes a jacuzzi for 6 people.

There is also a children's pool, integrated with the main pool, as shown in the pictures.

Villa Pirha boasts a spacious and comfortable garden with sun loungers, parasols, a swing, barbecue, stone oven, dining table, and chairs for your comfort. We have pets – cats and chickens – living in the garden. You can feed the chickens leftovers and enjoy their eggs.

Sauna, Steam Room, and Salt Room

Located in a specially designed building at the entrance to the pool terrace in Pirha's private garden, the Sauna, Steam Room, and Salt Room offer a relaxing and therapeutic experience.

Important Information

Electricity, water, internet, kitchen gas, daily early morning pool and garden maintenance and inspection, and assistance from the villa caretaker in case of any need during your stay are included in the price. Airfare, extra cleaning, new sheets, new towels, pillowcases, etc., and holiday and health insurance are not included in our prices. 

Damage Deposit

A deposit of 15,000 Turkish Lira or equivalent in other foreign currency will be taken by the authorized person upon arrival at the villa as a security deposit for any breakage, damage, loss, etc. If there are no problems, the amount you paid will be returned to you at the villa upon departure.

NOTE: Villa Pirha Evi is available for rent between June 1st and September 15th.
