First floor (entry level)

There are two further double bedrooms located on this floor, together with a separate SAUNA.

Each of the double bedrooms has a Jacuzzi bath and separate en- suiterooms which are glassfronted. Both bedrooms have tv’s, large wardrobe, a dresser /vanity table, poufe and sea view balconies.

Stairs lead down to the ground floor and living area.

There are two further double bedrooms located on this level, each with en suite facilities and sea view balconies. One bedroom has a Jacuzzi bath with integral shower, while the other  has a Jacuzzi bath with a separate en suite shower room which is again glass fronted. Top floor

A twin bedroom (two single beds)with en suite bathroom, awardrobe,pouf,dresser,TV and glass doors which lead guests to the roof terrace that is furnished with sofas,parasol and sun loungers and offers fantastic sea views over Kalkan Bay

Outdoor area

Sun loungers and parasols surround the large infinity pool where guests can swim and take in the fantastic views of the bay. There is also a comfortable seating area, an alfresco dining table, aBBQ ,table tennis and table football.

The garden areas of the villa are a pleasant addition, with grassed area to the front of the swimming pool and to both sides of the property along with mature flowering plants.

The pool can be heated ifrequired at  anadditional charge of £600 per week.
