Our summer rental villa has 6 bedrooms and sleeps 11 people. Kalkan city center is a 3-4 minute drive away, while world-famous Kaputas Beach is a 10-minute drive away, and Patara Beach, the world's second-longest beach, is a 15-20-minute drive away.

Three markets, a greengrocer, and a bakery are within a 5-minute walk, providing added convenience for our guests. Guests can find their daily essentials within walking distance from these locations.

For our valued customers, our kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner stove, kettle, toaster, 11-person dinnerware, pans, pots, forks, knives, etc. If you need anything during your holiday, please let us know and we will provide it immediately.

Cleaning and Linens

Our villa is delivered to you completely clean. Cleaning is done weekly. There is a washing machine in the villa. You can wash your own sheets if you wish. However, if you request additional fresh sheets, pillowcases, etc., we can provide them for a fee.

Swimming Pool

Our villa's private swimming pool measures 10 m x 5 m and is 1.60 m deep.

Garden

Kalkan Maxi, a luxury holiday villa, boasts a spacious garden and sun loungers for the comfort of our guests. Our pool terrace and garden are equipped with sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a barbecue, a dining table and chairs, and a seating area.

Important Information

Electricity, water, internet, kitchen gas, daily early morning pool and garden maintenance and checks, and assistance from the villa caretaker if any assistance is needed during your stay are included in the price. Airfare, additional cleaning, new sheets, towels, mattress covers, holiday and health insurance, etc., are not included in our prices. 

Damage Deposit

A deposit of 10,000 Turkish Lira (200 GBP) or equivalent in other foreign currency is required by the authorized person upon arrival to cover any damage, breakage, damage, loss, or damage. If there are no problems, the amount paid will be returned to you at the time of departure.

Villa Kalkan Maksi: For reservations of less than 7 nights, an additional 10,000 TL (200 GBP) cleaning fee will be charged.
