Kalkan Villa Close Town is located in 10 minutes walking distance to Kalkan Centre, as well as kalamar bay/beach club.
This lovely “home” looking villa build years a go but just renovated 2014 winter. It’s renovation finished this year!
Outside has a split level pool terrace. Higher level has a main swimming pool (40 m2s) which is about 10×4 meters and deep is about 150 cms to 160 cms.
At lower terrace level, there is a tall children pool and another sun terrace area.
Lounge
Very comfortable L shape sofa, HD TV with satellite channels, open plan fully equipped kitchen and a shared shower room / WC.
At ground level, there are lounge, and two bedrooms;
Bedroom 1:
There is en-suite bedroom with a shower room with a double bed. With patio door there is an easy access to pool area. Wake up, and just jump to the pool!
Bedroom 2:
A single bedroom (non-suite) uses shared shower room at hallway. Patio doors opening to outside dining/bbq area.
And at first level, there are 4 bedrooms and a shared shower room;
Bedroom 3:
Double bedroom (non-suite) with a balcony with sea view.
Bedroom 4:
Double en-suite bedroom with a shower room. And a private balcony of course.
Bedroom 5:
Master bedroom with a double bed, spacious shower room/bathroom with jacuzzi bath. This is a very spacious bedroom plus a private balcony.
Bedroom 6:
Twin beds. Non-suite. With a private balcony.
