Our villa is delivered to you completely clean. Cleaning is done once a week. There is a washing machine in our villa, if you want to wash it yourself, you can do it, but if you want extra new clean sheets, pillowcases, etc., we can provide them for a fee.

Pool

The dimensions of our villa's private swimming pool are 8 m X 4 m, Depth: 1.60 m.

Garden

Villa Alternatif has a large garden and pool terrace, and there are sun loungers, sun umbrellas, barbecues, dining tables and chairs and seating groups on our pool terrace and garden for the comfort of our guests.

Damage Deposit

10.000 Turkish Lira or other foreign currency in value is taken as a deposit by the authorized person at the entrance to the villa for broken, spilled, damaged, lost, missing, etc. If there is no problem, the amount you paid will be returned to you at our summer rental villa at the time of departure.

Villa Alternatif, 225 GBP extra cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights.
