2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, hairdryer, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, hairdryer, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet. This room can be converted into a double bed if desired.

Clean bed linens and towels are provided in each bedroom.

Cozy House has a comfortable, spacious, luxurious and modern kitchen. Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, 4-burner hob, kettle, toaster, dinnerware for 6 people, pans, pots, cutlery, etc. Also, if you need anything during your holiday, just let us know and we will provide it for you immediately.

Cozy House is delivered to you completely clean. Cleaning is done once a week. A washing machine is available in the villa; you can wash your clothes yourself if you wish, but if you require extra clean sheets, pillowcases, etc., you can obtain them from us for an additional fee.

Swimming Pool

Cozy House has a private swimming pool measuring 10 m x 4 m, with a depth of 1.65 m.

Garden

Kalkan Cozy House has a large garden and pool terrace for your comfort, equipped with sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue, an Ottoman-style dining table and chairs, and a seating area.

Important Information
Electricity, water, internet, kitchen gas, daily early morning pool and garden maintenance and inspection, and assistance from the villa caretaker in case of any need during your holiday are included in the price. Airfare, extra cleaning, new sheets, new towels, pillowcases, etc., holiday and health insurance are not included in our prices. Our customer who rents our apartment is deemed to have accepted the Rental Terms and Conditions stated on the website www.rentalsinkalkan.com in advance.

Damage Deposit

A deposit of 5,000 Turkish Lira or equivalent in other foreign currency will be taken by the authorized person as a security deposit upon entry to the apartment for any breakage, damage, loss, etc. If there are no problems, the amount you paid will be returned to you at our summer rental villa at the time of departure.
