Kalkan is a beautiful resort with a huge choice of traditional shops, quaint cafes and spectacular restaurants to choose from, where you can enjoy a bit of retail therapy or dine alfresco with fantastic views over the sea.
The villa itself is spacious, bright and contemporary in design, with 4 en suite bedrooms and includes wifi and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms.
Swimming pool and BBQ area
The private infinity pool is surrounded by ample space to relax and soak up the sun while you admire the glorious views over the rooftops to the sea, with the Kalkan hillside rising up around the bay. There is a table and chairs on the covered terrace for alfresco dining in respite from the sun, complimented by the BBQ to one side of the terrace.
The front door opens into the open plan living area which has ample seating surrounded by large windows allowing plenty of light and views over the bay. Ahead is a dining table and chairs adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. Patio doors open onto the pool terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Stairs lead up to the bedrooms on the upper levels. On the first floor is a spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The bedroom has 2 balconies, both facing the Mediterranean Sea, one set slightly further back than the other.
On the second floor are 2 double bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room and private balconies with views over the swimming pool to the bay beyond.
The twin bedroom is on the top floor and has an en suite shower room. The far wall of the bedroom is made of one large window with patio doors opening onto a spacious private balcony with fantastic views over the sea.
From the private car port, steps take you past the swimming pool to the entrance at the side of the villa.
Located on the hillside overlooking the bay, Villa Kalkan Sezen boasts breathaking views of the Mediterranean Sea ahead and the Kalkan resort centre to the East. Conveniently placed, only a stones' throw from the villa is a restaurant and mini market, and a short stroll down the hill will bring you to the waters edge with a long water slide into the sea and a select beach club. From here you can catch the frequent water taxi that sails the short distance over to the main harbour and town of Kalkan.

Shops and restaurants
The main town of Kalkan is no more than 5 minutes away by car, or catch the water taxi which sails frequently from early morning to early evening. In the evening, select one of the exclusive restaurants along the marina offering a range of cuisines and serving great cocktails too!
Rising up from the shore you will come to the Old Town of Kalkan, with narrow cobbled streets home to an array of shops selling Turkish wares from shoes to spices, ceramics to clothes, handbags to hand crafted souvenirs… Originally a Greek town, the ambience does not let you forget this - as the sun goes down the twinkly lights on the rooftop terrace restaurants illuminate offering you fantastic views as you dine.
Kalkan has a small but pleasant beach only a few minutes walk from Villa Kalkan Sezen. Or, on the Western side of Kalkan, is Kalamar beach, which has a beach club and a couple of waterside restaurants to choose from.
For anyone who does hire a car, a trip to kaputas beach, east of kalkan, is definitely worth a visit, if only for the scenery on the way! The beach itself is small but secluded and sandy - well worth a visit!
The beach at patara is also within easy reach, heading further west from kalkan. Part of the natioanl park, Patara beach has beautiful white sand and an array of wildlife, including turtles
Places of interest and activities
Stroll down the hill to the waters edge and you will find the small but beautiful marina where you can catch a boat to take you for an amazing day out at sea, or indulge in a choice of watersports from the beach club.
For those who want to sample some true Turkish culture, then visit the ancient roman ruins of Patara. Or, a little further up the Western coast, you will come to the historical sites of Sidyma, Letoon and Xanthos.
So whatever you desire for your summer vacation, Kalkan certainly ticks all the boxes - stunning scenery, charming culture, superb shopping, heroic history and delectable dining!

Speacial booking conditions
In order to book the apartment, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.
If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates, villa kalkan inge.
A damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure, Kalkan Experience Property
