Ocean Dream Apartment is located walking distance to Kalkan old town. It has stunning views of Kalkan bay and islands. Luxury penthouse apartment is 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, large infinity pool and large garden. The apartment roof terrace is private with sun loungers and parasols.

There is a private roof terrace Jacuzzi pool with full seaview. Amazing views of the entire Kalkan bay area with far reaching views as far as the mountain village, can be enjoyed from the private roof terrace, probably one of the best views in Kalkan. 

Kalkan old town, restaurants, shops are just 5-10 minutes enjoyable walk downhill. Panoramic sea views and mountain views can be enjoyed from the Ocean Dream apartment.

Kalkan Ocean Dream Apartment is desiged luxury for your comfurtable. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The complex has a communal pool which is shared with just 3 other apartments.

Outside the apartment

The garden and swimming pool area have wonderful views of Kalkan bay surrounded by mountains on either side. You can enjoy this view whilst relaxing on your own private sun loungers. The pool and garden area are also beautifully furnished with private dining area and more sun loungers and umbrella available for guest use.

Sun loungers and parasols are available. There are outside marble -topped dining table and chairs.

The pool is 10m to 5m, Deept is  1.60m and Large terrace area.

Stone built bbq available as well on the roof terrace.

The living room and dinning area are fully equipped with TV and luxury lounge suite. There are lovely sofa, TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi internet access area available for you.

The apartment kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, cooker, large fridge, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster and washing machine.

Speacial booking conditions

In order to book the apartment, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings.

If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates.

A damage deposit of £100 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure, Rudi Travel.
