The Kalkan Old Town Apartment is a wonderful traditional Turkish house with shuttered windows, thick stone walls to keep the inside cool (although it is also fully air-conditioned), and wooden, canopy covered balconies with superb sea views.

A mere 100 meters to the beach and harbour, breakfast on the roof terrace can be enjoyed whilst watching the boats leave the harbour for a day at sea.

Inside the villa is spacious and modern, and spread over 2 floors; the ground floor dedicated to the open plan lounge and luxury kitchen, with the lower ground dedicated to the bedroom and bathroom.

Outside are the well kept gardens, small terrace, and large roof terrace. The Kalkan Old Town Apartment is a truly unique property.

We have tried to provide everything to ensure you have a superb holiday, such as those all important Beach Towels, hairdryer and full length mirror. As well as a welcome hamper to get you started, there is a coffee perculator in the luxury kitchen, free wi-fi, satelite TV, DVD, ipod docking station. Inside the house has been recently renovated and restored to its natural beauty, The Kalkan Old Town Apartment  is a unique property in the Old Town of Kalkan. With some of the best views in Kalkan and with a very large roof terrace (top of the house), this is truly a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

There is no pool, but the pebble beach and Kalkan's nearest beach club is a mere 100 meters away. No car is required as Kalkan restaurants and shops are all within a minute's walk away.

Speacial booking conditions

In order to book the apartment, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance will be payable within 8 weeks of arrival but we are prepared to allow some flexibility on this for late bookings. Rentals in Kalkan

If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates.

A damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival, Subject to no damage to the property, this will be returned to you upon your departure.
